1. Returns

• To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

• Certain items such as perishable goods, digital products, or items marked as "final sale" cannot be returned.

2. Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.

3. Exchanges

• If you received a defective or damaged product, you may request an exchange for the same item.

• Exchanges are subject to product availability.

4. Order Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet been shipped.

• Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible, but you may request a return after delivery.

5. Shipping for Returns

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a product defect or incorrect item.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns.
